We have configured Bravo model B142 specifically for shotgun applications, with the low profile standard bezel and the flood lens, producing a room-filling wall of light at a constant 850 lumens. The ZSM-T Shotgun Mount includes a thumbscrew for easier mounting and dismounting.  The Elzetta Shotgun Illumination Kit will transform your Remington, Mossberg, Winchester, or Benelli shotgun into the ultimate home defense/close quarters battle (CQB) weapon system.This kit will save you 20% from buying the two products individually. Remove shells and examine chamber. Use safe handling procedures at all times. Do not alter or adjust unless instructed to do so below. Upon completing the installation of this product, check operation of shotgun’s pump action and ensure no interference exits.Step 1: Assemble Shotgun Mount (with Gauge adapters, if appropriate) using a 7/64″ hex wrench for bottom screws and 5/32″ for larger top screws. Tighten bottom screws to 10 in0lbs maximum and top to 20 in-lbs. maximum. DO NOT use a ft-lb wrench. Loctite 222 is recommended for bottom fasteners.Step 2: Disassemble Outer Clamp and re-assemble Outer Clamp using 7/64″ hex wrench and screws and nuts. Tighten all screws to 10 in-lbs. maximum. DO NOT use a ft-lb wrench. Loctite 222 is recommended except for center clamp screw.Step 3: (Sizing Adapters are sold separately)For flashlight diameters from 0.70” to 0.86” (18 to 22mm), use sizing adapters as-is.
