Amalie (73166-56 Elixir API GL-5 Certified 75W-90 Full Synthetic Gear Oil – 1 Quart

No complaints with the oil itself. It’s perfectly fine. The problem is with the bottles. Amalie uses the same standard one quart plastic bottles that motor oil comes in instead of the typical gear oil bottles. What it means is that your hand pump that screws on top is too long to fit and won’t work properly. I had to pour my Amalie into old gear oil bottles to get it pumped into my diffs. Annoying. With so many options out there next time I’m buying my gear oil from a manufacturer that uses the typical bottles.
