This fishing fly should be a top pick when midges are out and present on the water you are fishing be it a river or lake. The fine leg or wing/shuck imitation of this fly give it a significant advantage replicating an insect that may be struggling in the water column. Best fished under an indicator by itself or with a heavier pattern to get it down in the water column.
